Q: How many sessions should I have a week?
That depends on a number of factors, how much time do you have? How much body fat do you want to lose? I tend to say train 3 times per week as a minimum, this can be once with me, twice at the gym or all with me. I'm completely flexible.
Q: I have an injury, can I still train with you?
Yes! I will run though a complete consultation before we step foot in the gym. This is your chance to let me know about any injuries, aches and pains and general areas you most want to improve. I will use this information to develop a bespoke training plan for you.
Q: Do you offer joint training sessions?
This really depends on what you're looking for. I try to train everyone individually because I want to give you my full attention and ensure the exercises we're doing are perfectly matched to your needs. I'm open to running joint sessions, if this is something you'd like to discuss please get in touch.
Q: What time can I train with you?
I run training sessions between 7am and 9pm. After you get in touch I will contact you to find a time that suits you best.
