I started training with Adam with an aim to lost weight and tone up before my wedding in September. I really didn’t know what to expect of our first session, I had been a member of a gym for a long time but had never attended a class or had any real fitness training!

Training with Adam has completely changed the way I look at working out. Now I’m confident to step in to the gym at any time and use all of the equipment from kettlebells to free weights! Adam has transformed my body in a matter of weeks, I’m so grateful!
